AI Content Marketing Intern

About the Role

Shortlist is looking to hire AI Content Marketing Interns to join our team and help shape how we tell our story. You’ll work directly alongside the founding team on real marketing work — not busywork. This is a chance to learn how a modern marketing company operates from the inside, with hands-on exposure to AI tooling, campaign strategy, and brand building.

This internship is structured to serve as a for-credit experience. You’ll be embedded in a small, fast-moving team where your work ships, your ideas are heard, and your growth is the point.

What You'll Do

• •This is a creator‑first position, you’ll be producing daily content around a niche of your interest and our flagship product RoarOS.
• •We’ll work with you to write scripts and build content strategies.
• •Together, we’ll analyze content structures — hooks, creator style, CTAs, and retention — to turn creation into a repeatable system rather than a guessing game.
• •You’ll receive weekly feedback sessions, office hours, and structured performance reviews to support your growth

What You'll Learn

• •How a startup builds and markets an AI product from zero to one.
• •Hands-on experience with RoarOS and other AI marketing tools.
• •How to think about content strategy, not just content creation — understanding hooks, distribution, and measurement.
• •How to translate data and product features into compelling marketing narratives.

Who You Are

• •A current undergraduate or recent graduate interested in marketing, AI, or the creator economy.
• •Curious about how AI is changing marketing and excited to learn by doing.
• •We're not looking for finished influencers – we're looking for students who are serious, coachable, creative, ambitious, and willing to put in real work.
• •You do NOT need a massive following to apply
• •You DO need to genuinely care about getting better
• •You're curious about content creation as both a skill and a science
• •Bonus: You've posted content before, even casually
