Who are we?

Shortlist is an early stage, fast-moving social marketing agency that helps brands grow. Our mission is to engineer viral marketing campaigns for amazing brands; we launch companies, features, products, and people.

We work with some of the biggest brands and content creators in the world, and we’ve learned that the hardest part of being a creator isn’t making great content. It’s everything around it: finding the right brands, negotiating fair rates, and chasing briefs and invoices. It is our belief that creators do their best work when a real team handles the business side. We’re building our creator program to be that team.

What is the program?

Shortlist is building an exclusive roster of high-performing creators to work on the campaigns we run. When a brand comes to us with a launch, we match the campaign to creators from the program. If a campaign fits you, we bring it to you with the brief and the rate already worked out. You decide whether to take it. If you do, you make the content and we handle everything else.

Creators in the program get first look at every campaign we run, steady paid work with brands worth having on your page, and a team that answers when you call. We negotiate for you, we handle the paperwork, and we make sure you get paid on time. Our platform, RoarOS, tracks how your content performs across every campaign, so your track record keeps working for you long after a post goes live.

The program is exclusive, and that cuts both ways. We accept a small number of creators, and we only take on people we’re confident we can keep busy. When you sign, Shortlist becomes your team for brand partnerships: we represent you, we pitch you to brands, and brand work runs through us.

Who we're looking for

You’d probably be a good fit for us if:

  • You post consistently and your content performs. We work with creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
  • You’ve done brand deals before and want more of them, with less of the back-and-forth.
  • You treat your channel like a business: you read the brief, you hit the deadline, you deliver.
  • You have a point of view. People follow you, not just your niche.
  • You can take a brand’s notes and still sound like yourself.
  • You’d rather spend your time making content than pitching yourself.

If any of this sounds like you, apply below. We’d love to see your work.
