How does the free trial work?
Individual and Pro start with 7 days free. You are only charged when the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
What happens if we go past our plan?
Nothing stops working. Extra tracked posts and AI credits are billed on demand at the end of the month: $10 per 100 AI credits, and $1 per 100 post refreshes, about 30 a month for each extra post.
What counts as a tracked post?
Any post Roar is watching for you, whether you added it by link, it came from a tracked account, or a creator submitted it.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move between Individual and Pro, or cancel, from your billing settings.
Who is Enterprise for?
Agencies and in-house teams running several brands. Every brand gets a Pro-level agent, with unlimited accounts and seats, separate workspaces, dedicated support, and setup done for you.
We're running an offer with Shortlist. Do we pay for Roar?
No. Every offer includes a Roar workspace for your team, so your program reports in it at no extra cost. These plans are for Roar on its own.
