Brands send offers to your portal, where you can accept or decline them.

An offer is a request from a brand, sent through Shortlist, to work with you on a campaign. It includes the terms and the campaign brief.

Why it fits you
3 of your last 5 fit checks are silent outfit changes with text on screen, which is the format this brief asks for.
Finding offers#
New offers trigger a notification (You have a new offer) and show on Home as "1 offer is waiting on you" with a Review button. The Offers tab sorts every offer into three groups:
| Group | Contains |
|---|---|
| Needs response | Offers you haven't answered. |
| Active | Offers you've accepted, marked You're in. |
| Earlier | Offers you declined, that were withdrawn, or that expired. |
Offer contents#
An offer shows the brand, the campaign, an optional message from the brand, and the terms the brand chose to include under What you're agreeing to:
| Term | Example |
|---|---|
| Program | Talking head UGC |
| Posting quota | 3 posts per week |
| Platforms | TikTok, Instagram |
| Compensation | $1,200 per month, or $500 flat |
| Notes | Anything else about the deal |
It may also show an expiry date as Partnership expires.
Campaign brief#
The Campaign brief on the offer covers the rules your reviewer checks drafts against, so read it before you film. Under it, Examples can list up to eight posts that show the format, hook, or feel the brand wants, each with a note on what to take from it. They can be from any creator.
Accepting an offer#
Before you can accept, the account the brand invited needs a Roar Score and has to be verified as yours. If either is missing, the offer shows Two steps before you accept in place of the Accept offer button:
- Get your Roar Score for @yourhandle. Tap Get my score. The score page opens with the invited account filled in, and returns you to the offer when it's done, in about a minute.
- Verify @yourhandle. Tap Verify and add the code to that account's bio. See Verify your account.
If the brand sent the offer to your email without naming an account, any of your accounts that's scored and verified counts.
Once both steps are done, tap Accept offer. After you accept, the card shows Your agreement and the date you agreed. The terms can't be edited after that; if anything changes, the brand sends a new offer. Accepting also unlocks the Content tab.
Declining an offer#
Tap Decline, then Confirm decline. You don't need a score or verification to decline.
Expired and withdrawn offers#
If an offer has an expiry date and you don't answer in time, it moves to Earlier with "It expired before a response." A brand can also withdraw an offer before you answer ("The brand withdrew it."). Neither can be accepted.
Invite links#
Brands can also send an offer as a link, by email ("You're invited to work with" and the brand's name) or directly. The link looks like https://app.roaros.com/offer/... and opens a page titled Work with and the brand's name.
If you're new to Roar:
- Open the link and tap Accept offer.
- Create your account. Your first Roar Score is for the account the brand invited.
- You return to the offer. Verify the account, then tap Accept offer.
If you already have an account, tap Log in under "Already on Shortlist?" and you return to the offer. If the invited account isn't scored and verified yet, tap Continue to open the offer in your portal, where the two steps are.
If the page says "This offer is attached to another Roar account", a different account opened the link first. Ask the brand to resend the offer to your email.
After accepting#
Start your first draft from the offer or the Content tab; see Submit content. Once your posts are live and marked as posted, the offer shows Campaign performance with posts, views, likes, and comments.
In Chat, What's due and Prep content for an offer help you plan, and Attach an offer adds a deal's details to any conversation.
