Creators
The Creators page lists every account you track and the status of each partnership.
Last updated
The Creators page lists every creator account your workspace tracks. Accounts are added when you track them, when you graduate them from a shortlist, or when a creator accepts a partnership offer sent from a shortlist.
The page has two views, Tracked and Offers.
Tracked view#
Each row is one creator:
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Creator | Name and avatar from the account, or from the account you chose when grouping |
| Platforms | Platforms the creator's accounts are on |
| Followers | Followers across their accounts |
| Views | Views across their tracked posts |
| Engagement | Engagement rate across those posts (formula) |
| CPM | Spend per thousand views, if you've entered spend |
| Last posted | Date of their most recent post |
| Status | Partnership status |
You can search by name or handle and filter by Everyone, Competitor, or Archived.
Partnership status#
Status is updated automatically from the creator's offers:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Invited | Offer sent, not yet accepted |
| Onboarded | Offer accepted, no drafts yet |
| Producing | Drafts in progress |
| Live | Has posted for you |
Creators without an open or accepted offer have no status.
Grouping accounts#
If a creator has accounts on several platforms, you can combine them so their metrics are added together.
- Select two or more rows.
- Choose Group as one creator in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose which account's name and avatar to use, then confirm.
To separate an account again, open the creator, select that account, and choose Detach from group.
Creator page#
A creator's page shows Followers, Views, Likes, Comments, Shares, Saves, Eng. Rate, and every tracked post. From there you can:
- Change the default campaign, group, and tags for their new posts.
- Rename the creator without changing the account handle.
- Send offer to invite them to a campaign. See Creator partnerships.
- Resync profile & posts to update the profile and recent posts immediately.
- Delete to stop tracking the account. Existing posts and their history are kept, and nothing changes on the creator's actual profile.
Offers view#
The Offers view lists open and accepted partnership offers to creators. It's separate from Offers in the sidebar, which lists your programs. Each row shows the creator's campaign, partnership stage, and progress against the posting quota on their offer:
| Progress | Meaning |
|---|---|
| On track | Has posted at least as often as the quota requires this period |
| Behind | Has posted less than the quota so far this period |
| No quota set | The offer has no posting quota |
Creators who are behind are listed first. All campaigns filters the list to one campaign.
