Reports and exports

Export Roar data as a PDF report, a table, or a CSV, or ask your agent to write a report.

Last updated

Exports use the same figures as the app: views, likes, comments, shares, saves, and engagement rate, plus spend, CPM, and EMV if you've set them up.

PDF reports#

  1. On Campaigns, choose a timeframe (Last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days, All time, or a custom range).
  2. Select the campaigns, groups, or posts to include, using the Campaigns, Groups, and Posts tabs.
  3. Open Export and choose Export Report.

The PDF contains:

  • Views, Eng. Rate, Likes, Comments, Shares, and Saves, plus EMV, Spend, and CPM.
  • A table for each level you selected.
  • A performance-over-time chart for the timeframe.

Export Report is disabled until you select at least one item.

Copying tables#

Export → Copy to Clipboard copies the current table as tab-separated text, which pastes cleanly into Google Sheets, Excel, or Numbers.

CSV exports#

  • Shortlists: Export CSV in a list's menu. See Shortlists.
  • Overview chart: Export CSV on Overview downloads the chart's data.

Agent reports#

Your agent can write reports from the same data. For example:

  • "Write this week's performance report for the Spring Drop campaign."
  • "Which posts crossed 100K views this month, and what did they have in common?"
  • "Compare our top three creators by engagement over the last 30 days, in a table."
  • "Summarize what our best hooks have in common, using our tags."

Agent reports use AI credits.

You can also ask for reports from Claude, Cursor, or Codex over MCP. A Read key is enough.

Not included#

  • Installs, sign-ups, and sales. Roar only measures activity on the post.
  • Share links. Reports are files or text; there's no public link to a live report.
