Notifications
Roar notifies you when posts cross view milestones and when campaigns have breakout days.
Last updated
Roar checks your numbers after each refresh. Notifications appear under the bell in the app's header and aren't sent by email.
Notification types#
View milestones: a post crosses one of your view thresholds for the first time. The defaults are 1,000, 10,000, and 100,000 views. Each post triggers each milestone once.
Breakout days: a campaign or group has a day well above its own 7-day average. The default is 3× the average with at least 1,000 views gained that day, so very small campaigns don't trigger alerts for small changes.
Settings#
- Open Settings → Notifications.
- Under View milestones, add thresholds (type a number and press Enter), remove them, or turn milestones off.
- Under Breakout days, set Alert when a day beats the average by to 2×, 3×, 5×, or 10×, or turn breakouts off.
- Select Save preferences.
Milestones need at least one threshold while they're on.
Program emails#
Roar emails you when a strategist finishes building your program, with the subject "Your program for [your brand] is ready". Home also shows anything a program is waiting on you for.
Summaries#
For a regular summary instead of individual alerts, ask your agent, for example "What hit a view milestone this week?" This also works over MCP.
